• **Product Advocacy and Training:** Drive awareness and promote the utilisation of FNB Life, Investments, and other relevant FirstRand solutions among advisors. Conduct regular product training sessions to ensure advisors are well-equipped.
• **Business Development:** Proactively identify and pursue new business development opportunities that align with sales growth objectives.
• **Service Excellence:** Deliver exceptional service and tailored solutions that consistently meet and exceed advisor expectations.
• **Expert Facilitation:** Serve as a bridge between advisors and FNB's product specialists, facilitating collaboration on complex client requirements.
• **Market Insight:** Maintain a keen awareness of industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to provide up-to-date guidance.

• **Formal Qualifications:**
• Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
• NQF 5 qualification.
• RE5 qualification (Regulatory Examination for representatives).

• **Experience:**
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience specifically as a Broker Consultant within the Investments and IFA environment.
• At least 3 years of experience in Life Assurance.
