  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Job Listings

  • Recruiters are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job listings.
  • Listings must not contain discriminatory, misleading, or fraudulent content.
  • We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or applicable laws.
  • Job listings are displayed publicly and may be indexed by search engines.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our platform without permission.
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and branding on JobVault is owned by us or our licensors. Job listing content remains the property of the respective recruiters who posted it.

7. Advertising

JobVault displays third-party advertisements, including Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

JobVault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of job listings, the availability of positions, or uninterrupted access to our platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
