About the Role

This senior position is central to the AI & Learning Design department, focusing on modernising and expanding the company's retraining portfolio. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring these programmes not only meet current industry demands but also anticipate future trends. A key aspect of the role involves navigating and leveraging the complexities of the funded education market, including regulations like SGB II, SGB III, Bildungsgutscheine, and AZAV certification. This means developing and refining retraining courses that effectively equip learners with the skills needed for successful career paths in the evolving digital landscape.

The responsibilities within this role are diverse and impactful, encompassing the full product lifecycle for educational offerings:

• **Product Portfolio Development:** Contribute to the strategic modernisation of the retraining curriculum. This includes exploring and integrating innovative learning formats and didactic concepts to ensure the programmes remain relevant and engaging.
• **Product Management and Steering:** Take ownership of IT-focused educational products, with a particular emphasis on FISI and FIAE retraining programmes and related offerings. This involves understanding the technical underpinnings and market needs for these areas.
• **Certification and Quality Assurance:** Manage the crucial certification processes for educational programmes. This entails defining, developing, and continuously improving the concepts, syllabi, and learning materials to meet stringent quality standards.
• **Stakeholder Engagement and Management:** Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a wide array of internal and external stakeholders. Effective collaboration is essential for the digital and offline development and delivery of educational products. Significant experience in managing educational product development within project structures is expected.
