This position is well-suited for an emerging professional looking to build a solid foundation in project management. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining valuable insights into project lifecycles and best practices. Liberty is committed to fostering growth, both for its clients and its employees, making this a compelling prospect for ambitious individuals.
Key Responsibilities
As a Project Co-ordinator at Liberty, your responsibilities will span a broad range of administrative and supportive functions crucial to project success. You will be actively involved in the planning stages, assisting in the development of project timelines and resource allocation. A key part of your role will be to meticulously track project progress, ensuring that all milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to.
Effective communication and documentation will be paramount. You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating project meetings, including preparing agendas and accurately documenting minutes and action items.
- Facilitating clear and consistent communication of project updates to all relevant stakeholders, team members, and management.
- Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, reports, and records to ensure an organised and accessible repository of information.
