Managing and servicing existing intermediary relationships and client portfolios efficiently will be a daily focus, as will identifying and capitalising on cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across all brokers within your purview, driving business retention, and nurturing long-term client relationships are also critical. This includes analysing portfolio performance, implementing necessary corrective actions, and maintaining accurate pipeline management and reporting disciplines.
