About the Opportunity
Liberty is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Experience Analyst to join their team in Johannesburg. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless and efficient functioning of the talent acquisition process, specifically within their Corporate & Investment Banking division. Key Responsibilities
The primary objective of this role is to drive operational excellence within Talent Acquisition. This involves a multi-faceted approach, encompassing:
- **Enhancing Stakeholder Experience:** Focusing on delivering a positive and efficient hiring journey for candidates, hiring managers, and other internal stakeholders.
- **Digital Tool Optimisation:** Proactively utilising and promoting digital recruitment tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- **Data and Insights Provision:** Generating and interpreting talent acquisition data to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and process improvements.
- **Process Adherence:** Ensuring all talent acquisition activities align with established policies and procedures.
- **Problem Solving:** Identifying and addressing operational challenges within the recruitment lifecycle.
- **Collaboration:** Working effectively within the talent acquisition team and with broader People & Culture (P&C) colleagues.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Analysing talent acquisition metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to TA processes.
- Supporting the implementation and adoption of new recruitment technologies.
- Engaging with various internal teams to ensure a consistent and positive experience.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the entire talent acquisition value chain.

Essential qualifications and experience include:
- A First Degree, ideally within Social Sciences or a related field.
- 3-4 years of demonstrated work experience specifically within the Talent Acquisition or People & Culture domain.
- Proven expertise in managing relationships with various talent acquisition stakeholders.
- Experience in integrating and leveraging talent acquisition data.
- A comprehensive understanding of the entire talent acquisition value chain.
