An opportunity has arisen at Old Mutual for a diligent Data Capture Administrator to contribute to a vital client file remediation and digitisation initiative. This role is offered on a fixed-term contract basis for a period of three months, providing a focused contribution to a significant project within the organisation. Key Responsibilities

- **File Preparation and Data Entry:** Reviewing, sorting, and preparing physical client files for the scanning and capture process. This involves ensuring files are in order and ready for digitisation.
- **Information Capture:** Accurately capturing client details and relevant documentation into Old Mutual's designated electronic system.
- **Indexing and Categorisation:** Uploading and meticulously indexing digitised documents according to established standards, ensuring they are easily retrievable.
- **Verification and Quality Assurance:** Cross-referencing captured information against source documents to guarantee completeness, accuracy, and alignment. Performing quality checks to uphold the highest data integrity standards.
- **Problem Identification and Escalation:** Identifying any missing, incomplete, or illegible documentation, and escalating these issues for resolution.
- **Data Security and Confidentiality:** Maintaining strict confidentiality and security protocols for all client information handled throughout the project.
- **Physical File Management:** Ensuring the proper handling, tracking, and secure storage of physical files during the entire capture process.
- **Productivity and Reporting:** Meeting established productivity and quality targets for data capture activities, and providing regular progress updates and reports to the project team.
