The Manager, Finance Statutory & Regulatory Reporting will be responsible for a range of key financial activities. This includes:

• Overseeing the preparation and submission of financial statements and regulatory returns.
• Supporting the build and maintenance of systems related to IFRS 17, a critical accounting standard for insurance entities.
• Coordinating and supporting external audits, ensuring all requirements are met efficiently.
• Collaborating on the development and enhancement of support systems, focusing on data accuracy and process automation.
• Driving initiatives for continuous improvement within financial processes and operations.
• Managing various aspects of investment management, cash flow, and the maintenance and upgrading of financial systems.
• Creating and upholding robust accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Contributing to tax management, group reporting, and managing aspects of investor relations, such as dividend policy and capital budgeting.
• Engaging in the financial management of reinsurance activities.
• Participating in broader finance and operations management, contributing to the overall financial health and strategic direction of the insurance division.
