The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing intelligent workflows that leverage AI technologies, particularly Claude AI, alongside other advanced AI systems. Your responsibilities will be broad and impactful, encompassing the entire lifecycle of AI-driven automation and e-commerce development. Key duties include:

• **AI Workflow Development:** Designing, building, and deploying AI-powered workflows and agents. This includes utilising tools like Claude AI to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency across various departments.
• **E-commerce Platform Management:** Building, maintaining, and evolving their Shopify online stores. This involves creating and optimising compelling homepages, landing pages, and sales funnels to enhance the customer journey and drive conversions.
• **System Integration:** Connecting and integrating diverse systems such as Shopify, HubSpot, Billbee, Google Workspace, and Klaviyo. This requires a strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data flows to ensure seamless data exchange.
• **Process Optimisation:** Analysing existing business processes to identify areas ripe for automation. You will be responsible for optimising data flows and implementing new features and integrations to improve overall business performance.
• **Reporting and Documentation:** Creating insightful dashboards, reports, and analyses to track performance. A crucial aspect of this role is the thorough documentation and continuous improvement of all implemented automations.
• **Prompt Engineering:** Crafting and refining prompts for AI systems, as well as developing and optimising automation sequences and workflows to achieve desired outcomes.

Nature Heart is looking for a proactive and skilled individual with a proven track record in e-commerce and AI automation. Essential qualifications and experience include:

• **E-commerce Expertise:** Substantial experience working with the Shopify platform is a must.
• **AI Proficiency:** Strong knowledge of modern AI applications, with specific experience in using Claude AI being highly advantageous.
• **System Integration Skills:** Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) and billing software, such as HubSpot and Billbee, or similar systems.
• **Automation Tool Experience:** Hands-on experience with integration and automation platforms like Make, n8n, or Zapier.
• **Technical Aptitude:** Experience in setting up and managing API connections and automations. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be beneficial for front-end optimisation.

• **Language Proficiency:** Excellent command of the German language is required, as the primary working language is German.
