Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of behavioural and technical competencies. A relevant first-degree qualification in Information Technology is essential.
In terms of experience, you should have:
- 1-2 years of practical experience in requirements elicitation, gathering, documentation, and management.
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience working across diverse business areas within an IT context.
- A solid understanding of the various IT disciplines and their interdependencies.
- An insurance industry background would be considered a significant advantage for this role.
On the technical front, proficiency in Agile concepts and planning is crucial. You should be adept at analysing and interpreting information, with strong data analysis skills. Familiarity with IT risk management principles and research methodologies is also expected. Excellent stakeholder management skills are paramount, as is the ability to leverage SQL.
