Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities in the fashion industry.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure the best prices.
- Manage product assortments and collaborate with the merchandising team.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in retail buying or merchandising.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends.
