Job Description
This role provides end-to-end operational coordination, quality assurance, and performance reporting of assigned education programmes under the Foundation Trust. It focuses on coordinating program activities, managing documentation, and assisting with reporting and stakeholder engagement. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery across schools/NGOs/implementing partners; ensure scope, schedule and quality are met.
- Conduct basic monitoring and evaluation against agreed outcomes; document lessons learned and best practices.
- Facilitate coordination meetings and workshops; manage minutes and actions.
- Perform trend and variance analysis; translate insights into actions and improvement plans.
- Represent the Education Manager in operational forums; escalate exceptions with options and impact analysis.
- Perform supplier/partner performance reviews against SLAs; drive corrective actions.
- Act as the primary operational liaison for assigned programmes (schools, NGOs, service providers and internal teams).
- Respond to routine queries from stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Assist in monitoring programme performance and compiling KPI data.
- Prepare executive-ready presentations and narrative reports for internal governance and external stakeholders.
- Manage own tasks and deadlines effectively to support team objectives.
- Collaborate with colleagues and demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years experience in administrative support or education programs.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent command of the English language, both in communication ability and in drafting skills.
- Knowledge of advanced MS office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Excellent social skills, able to operate with diplomacy, tact and empathy.
- A high degree of personal organisation and self-management.
