You will be tasked with handling various ad hoc requests and identifying and communicating any business errors that might lead to customer dissatisfaction.

Your day will involve:

  • Investigating and resolving product and service-related issues by actively listening, pinpointing the root cause, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of company policies and operational procedures to provide informed assistance.
  • Communicating with Personal Shoppers via telephone, email, and live chat, always maintaining a professional and helpful demeanour.

  • **Reliability:** Excellent attendance, punctuality, and a dependable work ethic are non-negotiable.
  • **Problem-Solving Prowess:** The ability to listen, understand, and respond appropriately to Personal Shopper queries, coupled with strong problem-solving skills and an action-oriented approach.
  • **Empathy and Resilience:** A demonstrated capacity for empathy, patience, resilience, and persistence, especially when dealing with complex complaints or challenging situations.
