Job Description
This role within Liberty's Commercial Asset Finance (CAF) division focuses on driving sales performance by originating and managing asset-based finance transactions. You'll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within your allocated provincial portfolio, serving a diverse range of clients across various segments and sectors. Furthermore, a key aspect of the position involves nurturing existing client relationships. This means maintaining strong post-sales engagement and actively seeking out opportunities for further asset-based finance solutions and client retention, often in collaboration with Relationship Managers.

Key Responsibilities
The core responsibilities of this position revolve around achieving and exceeding sales targets within the Commercial Asset Finance sphere. This involves:
- Implementing approved asset-based finance transactions for both new and existing customers.
- Managing an allocated provincial portfolio, ensuring comprehensive coverage across different market segments and industries.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong post-sales relationships with clients.
- Proactively identifying opportunities for additional asset-based finance solutions.
- Collaborating effectively with Relationship Managers to ensure client needs are met and retention is maximised.
- Contributing to the overall growth and success of the CAF department.

**Qualifications and Experience:**
- A first-degree qualification in Business or Commerce.
- Successful completion of RE5 (Regulatory Examination for representatives).
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience specifically within the vehicle and asset finance industry.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, service delivery, and deal-making.
- Proven experience in managing relationships with dealerships.
