Key Responsibilities
- Set the cadence of the team’s communication, collaboration, and culture.
- Coach SE colleagues in Switzerland to excel across the sales and technical disciplines necessary to support a successful team.
- Work closely with Enterprise prospects and customers to improve your team’s technical expertise.
- Oversee hiring, on-boarding, enablement, and technical pre-sales performance of Solutions Engineers.
- Coordinate the team’s resources for greatest customer impact and engage correct resources when needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Cloudflare from Sales to Product, Engineering, and Customer Support.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in a prior leadership role, with a minimum of 10 years related industry experience.
- Demonstrable experience in coaching, leadership skills, or team management.
- Experience in resolving escalations and management-related scenarios.
- Proven track record partnering with account executives and customer success teams.
- Knowledge of the enterprise market in Switzerland.
