Key Responsibilities
As a Private Banking Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to forge and maintain robust, long-term relationships with a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals. This involves more than just transactional banking; it's about understanding their aspirations and providing proactive, personalised financial guidance.

**Essential Qualifications and Experience:**
- A degree in Business Commerce (NQF level 7 or higher).
- Mandatory FAIS Representative certification, in line with South African regulatory requirements.
- A minimum of seven years’ experience within the financial services sector.
- Crucially, between five and seven years of dedicated experience in a relationship management or private banking capacity, specifically within the high-net-worth segment.
- A proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients, retaining existing ones, and effectively managing a profitable portfolio.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse complex financial needs, identify growth opportunities for clients, and structure bespoke financial solutions that deliver significant value.
- Experience in the intricacies of credit application processes and facilitating complex lending, investment, and offshore product offerings.
- A solid understanding of banking operations, financial principles, and consumer banking products.

Requirements
- FAIS aligned Degree in Business Commerce (NQF7 or higher)

- Proven ability to analyse clients’ financial needs, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored financial solutions that create value for both client and bank.

- Experience in structuring credit applications and facilitating complex lending, investment, and offshore product offerings.
