The scope of work encompasses managing and enhancing the company's websites, creating engaging social media content, and developing various design assets for both digital and print advertising. Your responsibilities will be diverse and demanding, requiring a proactive and detail-oriented approach. Key tasks include:

• **Content Creation and Management:**
• Developing and publishing engaging posts, reels, and stories for platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
• Regularly updating and maintaining website content to ensure it is current and relevant.
• **Web Development and Design:**
• Managing and developing existing responsive websites, primarily using WordPress. This will involve theme and plugin configuration and customisation.
• Ensuring websites are optimised for search engines (SEO) through both technical adjustments and content improvements.
• Collaborating on the conceptualisation and implementation of creative designs that align with user-friendliness and the established corporate identity.
• **Graphic Design and Advertising:**
• Creating and editing visual assets using Adobe Photoshop and potentially other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Designing and implementing online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and newsletter promotions.
• Developing a range of online and print advertising materials.

• A solid understanding of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), both on-page and off-page strategies.
• Experience in social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• **Design and Marketing Acumen:**
• A keen sense for aesthetics, design trends, and user experience (UX).
• Experience in conceptualising and executing creative designs that reflect brand identity.
• Familiarity with responsive web design principles.
• Skills in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various online channels.
