Sales and Account Manager

• Deliver on Marketplace sales and selection targets focused on 3rd party seller acquisition, growth and retention.
• Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline with focus on key strategic sellers.
• Recruit new sellers and maximising results of existing sellers.
• Build lasting seller relationships.
• Drive the success of sellers by actively increasing and retaining sales and product selection.
• Exceed sales goals.
• Travel within South Africa (Monthly).
• Work closely with Category Managers to drive product assortment in line with the category selection strategy.
• Create executable actions by managing data.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3 - 5 years solution sales experience, preferably in the retail and/or software solutions industry.
• Experience presenting to senior managers & the C-suite.
• Proven track record of delivering results.
• Competence in Excel.
• Experience in an e-commerce environment is a plus.
