VP & GM: Product Platform

The company is currently seeking a VP & GM for their Product Platform. This is a critical leadership appointment for an individual capable of steering the strategic direction of their core platform components, including their administration, reporting, and detection capabilities. About the role

This leadership position focuses on elevating the Entersekt Platform from a collection of siloed tools into a cohesive suite of reusable building blocks. As the VP & GM, you will take full ownership of the platform’s business performance, roadmap, and long-term strategy. You will need to act as a bridge between the platform team and the various "Pier GMs" within the company, ensuring that the platform’s capabilities are effectively integrated into the wider product portfolio.

Success in this role depends on your ability to drive adoption, manage competing priorities from different product lines, and build a sustainable "go-to-market" strategy for the platform itself. You will be responsible for the platform's cost modelling, investment strategies, and the overall value-capture framework that supports the organisation's global growth.

What you’ll do

• **Strategy and Roadmap:** Define the long-term vision for the platform components, ensuring they remain scalable and fit for purpose across multiple international markets.
• **Adoption Leadership:** Partner with other General Managers to ensure the platform is the primary choice for internal product development, removing any technical or operational blockers that hinder uptake.
• **Operational Excellence:** Develop and monitor key health metrics for each platform component to ensure technical performance and business value are transparently reported.
• **GTM Motion:** Build out the internal ecosystem required for success, including high-quality documentation, migration pathways, and enablement resources.
• **Team Leadership:** Lead and mentor the product management team tasked with developing the platform’s core pillars, representing their progress at executive and portfolio planning forums.

• Strong track record of driving platform adoption and measurable usage.
• Experience developing business cases, investment models and value-capture approaches.
