About the Role

As a Deployment Strategist, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery process for Wonderful.ai’s platform and AI agents. This involves managing complex projects from the initial scoping phase all the way through to the production launch. You will work closely with both external clients and internal teams to meticulously align on project requirements, establish realistic timelines, and define clear success metrics. A core part of your responsibility will be to ensure that every deployment is not only coordinated efficiently but also executed within the agreed timeframe and is architected for future scalability.

Your day-to-day activities will centre on facilitating the smooth integration of AI technology into enterprise environments. This requires a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to translate them into actionable technical plans. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and ensuring their AI initiatives yield measurable business outcomes.

The Deployment Strategist will be instrumental in driving the success of AI solutions across a diverse range of enterprise customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• **Leading Delivery:** Owning and managing the successful deployment of Wonderful.ai’s innovative platform and AI agents for enterprise clients.
• **Requirement Scoping:** Collaborating with clients to define and scope project requirements, establish clear success metrics, and develop comprehensive integration plans for both Proofs of Concept (POCs) and full onboarding processes.
• **Coordination and Alignment:** Acting as the central hub to coordinate platform implementation, manage system integrations, and oversee the refinement of AI agents, all geared towards successful production launches.
• **Stakeholder Management:** Ensuring seamless alignment between Wonderful.ai's Product and Engineering teams, as well as client stakeholders, regarding deliverables, project timelines, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• **Risk Management:** Proactively tracking project progress, identifying potential risks, and diligently removing any blockers that might impede the delivery lifecycle.
• **Performance Monitoring:** Continuously monitoring the performance of AI agents once deployed in production environments and driving follow-up improvements to optimise their effectiveness.
• **Expansion Identification:** Working alongside clients to identify new opportunities and develop innovative AI use cases that can further expand adoption and amplify the impact of the technology.

Wonderful.ai is seeking a candidate with a proven track record and a proactive, hands-on approach to project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess:

• **Experience:** A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in roles such as technical program management, project delivery, management consulting, investment banking, or within fast-growing startup environments.
• **Project Management Skills:** Exceptional project management, organisational, and communication skills are essential for managing complex initiatives and diverse stakeholders.
• **Technical Acumen:** A solid comfort level working with technical concepts, including APIs, data flows, and system integrations, is required to effectively liaise between technical teams and client business needs.
• **Stakeholder Navigation:** The ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders with varying interests and keep complex, cross-functional efforts moving forward proactively.
• **AI Interest:** A genuine interest in AI-driven products and a desire to contribute to the advancement of this cutting-edge field.
• **Educational Background:** A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical field is preferred.
