Software Engineering Lead

Lead and grow a high-performing software engineering team, owning end-to-end delivery while aligning engineering standards with industry best practices. Oversee system design, development, and implementation, ensuring quality, scalability, security, and reliability, while managing risks and technical challenges. Collaborate with stakeholders, drive strategic planning and innovation, and ensure clear communication, strong documentation, and continuous improvement across the platform lifecycle.

Computer Science related degree, diploma, or similar qualification in software engineering. Minimum of 7 years’ practical experience in the full software development life cycle as a software engineer or software developer. 2 years management experience including team leadership, performance management, skills development and training and budgeting. 2 years of experience in a Senior Software Engineer role or similar Strong foundation in software engineering principles, design patterns, and testing, with Agile team leadership experience (Scrum/Kanban) and a passion for technology. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work across cross-functional teams and clearly convey complex ideas. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deliver high-quality results on time, and adapt effectively in fast-changing environments.
