Job Description
An established Hotel & Conference Centre situated in a scenic destination environment is seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead all aspects of operations.
This role requires a hands-on hospitality leader responsible for the overall performance, guest experience, commercial success, staff leadership, property management, and operational excellence of the hotel.
The successful candidate will oversee accommodation operations, conferencing and events, food & beverage services, maintenance, grounds, and revenue generation initiatives.

Requirements
Matric (Grade 12) - Essential
Hospitality or related tertiary qualification - Preferred
Minimum 10+ years' full-service hotel management experience
Proven experience managing:
Rooms Division
Food & Beverage
Conferencing & Events
Resort or destination properties
Strong financial and commercial acumen
Valid Driver's License and own reliable vehicle
Willingness to reside on-site (Live-In role)
