We’re looking for a Night Manager for a prestigious hotel group who doesn’t just “hold the fort”, you own the night. You lead when others sleep, you anticipate before problems surface, and you bring calm authority to moments where others might falter.

Requirements

Matric + Hospitality Qualification (essential)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Front Office or Night Manager role
Proven leadership experience in a high-demand hospitality environment
Strong Rooms Division + Food & Beverage exposure
Tech-savvy: Opera/Micros, POS systems, MS 365, CCTV
Valid driver’s license
Able to work shifts and duty management hours
