Your primary function will be to consult with these callers, thoroughly explaining their current credit situation and presenting tailored solutions from Credit Wellness, LLC's service offerings. The ultimate aim is to guide these clients towards enrolling in programmes designed to positively impact their financial future. As an inside sales contractor, you'll play a crucial role in the company's growth by attracting and onboarding new clients.

As an Inside Sales Contractor at Credit Wellness, LLC, your day-to-day activities will revolve around client interaction and sales conversion. Key responsibilities include:

• Engaging with inbound callers who have expressed interest in improving their credit.
• Providing detailed consultations to educate clients about their credit scores and reports.
• Identifying client needs and recommending appropriate credit wellness services.
• Guiding clients through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales targets and client acquisition.
• Actively participating in ongoing sales coaching and training sessions to refine your skills.
