• Provide consultative selling to clients.
• Manage customer feedback effectively.
• Focus on customer needs and provide quality service.
• Identify sales opportunities and manage sales data.
• Strengthen relationships with customers.

• A minimum of Matric or equivalent.
• A minimum of 12 months’ financial services experience as a Financial Adviser.
• Completion of Long-term Insurance Class of Business.
• Advantageous: Completion of additional FAIS requirements such as Investments Class of Business, the Regulatory Examination 5 (RE5), and an FSCA-approved qualification.
• Valid driver’s licence and own car.
• Clear criminal and credit check.
