Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultative selling to clients.
- Manage customer feedback effectively.
- Focus on customer needs and provide quality service.
- Identify sales opportunities and manage sales data.
- Strengthen relationships with customers.
Requirements
- A minimum of Matric or equivalent.
- A minimum of 12 months’ financial services experience as a Financial Adviser.
- Completion of Long-term Insurance Class of Business.
- Advantageous: Completion of additional FAIS requirements such as Investments Class of Business, the Regulatory Examination 5 (RE5), and an FSCA-approved qualification.
- Valid driver’s licence and own car.
- Clear criminal and credit check.
