Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Engineering Leadership - Define and execute the engineering strategy in alignment with business goals and the technology roadmap set by the CTO.
- Team Management and Development - Directly manage the Development Manager and DevOps Manager, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
- Delivery and Operational Excellence - Ensure consistent and predictable delivery of sprints, releases, and project milestones across all product teams.
- Cross-functional Collaboration - Partner with the Product Manager to ensure engineering priorities align with the product roadmap and backlog.
- Risk and Quality Management - Establish and maintain quality assurance processes, including testing strategies and code review practices.
