Job Description
The IT Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
The role focuses on execution excellence, coordinating internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver predictable outcomes while effectively managing risks, dependencies, and change. The incumbent will work closely with Business Relationship Managers, the Digital Operational Excellence Lead, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and transition into operations.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Process Management, or related field
Minimum 4+ years’ experience in IT Project Management
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in process improvement / operational excellence
Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder IT initiatives
Experience managing vendors and system integrators
Strong exposure to digital transformation initiatives
