Key Responsibilities

- **Financial Operations and Controls:** Overseeing financial accounting activities, including reconciliations, maintaining financial records, and ensuring the integrity of supporting documentation. You will also manage budgeting and forecasting processes, track performance against budgets, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- **Process Improvement and Stakeholder Engagement:** Driving continuous enhancements in financial processes, reporting methodologies, systems, and overall operational efficiency. Building and nurturing strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders through a service-oriented approach is paramount.
- **Team Leadership:** Leading, coaching, and developing finance team members to cultivate capability and foster high performance. You will also promote knowledge sharing, a culture of continuous improvement, and professional development within the team.
