Financial Manager: Corporate

To provide financial leadership at the Company level and co-ordinate financial, tax and payroll activities at the company's Corporate.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and company policy requirements

CA (SA) or BCom Hons (Accounting) ;

Good knowledge of Tax and Tax Processes.

Payroll knowledge;

At least 8 -10 years financial management experience;

Microsoft Office proficiency;

Experience dealing with banker, auditors, tax authorities

Experience in the mining industry would be an advantage;

Technical accounting and tax knowledge;

People Management experience
