Job Description
Formulate tactical strategy and associated delivery plans related to single practice areas. Ensure proactive integration and operational tactical enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- People Management: Coach, mentor and manage team members toward driving business objectives and ensuring colleague development.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Fulfil all activities in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standards.
- Business Management: Manage the levels of performance and service standards that need to be achieved by translating the Business Unit’s strategy into achievable objectives.
- Collaboration: Constantly seek to improve ways of working by challenging the status quo and supporting an empowering climate within the team.
- Customer Experience: To provide service excellence and achieve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- FSCA-Approved Qualification
- Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5)
- Experience As Per the FAIS Act
- Product Specific Training once Onboarded
- Class Of Business Training
- Continuous Professional Development
- Attest To Honesty, Integrity, and Good Standing
- Bachelors Degree and Professional Qualifications: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
