Senior Specialist: People Change Manager

To provide advice and support in practice formulation and associated best practice improvement tactics; enabling the provision of specialist change management expertise.

• Liaise with the Change Council to gain approval on projects/change initiatives.
• Assign the project/change initiative to the relevant portfolio manager.
• Review project plans and provide corrective guidance.
• Attend project governance meetings for oversight.
• Review architectural design compliance with business principles.
• Manage vendor responsibilities and accountabilities.
• Provide feedback on change initiatives to COO and other stakeholders.
• Develop executive summaries for project reviews.
• Ensure alignment of new proposals with business strategies.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments on new project requests.
• Drive new thinking and improve efficiencies across BUs.
• Contribute to the development of business unit strategy.
• Ensure appropriate architecture across business environments.
• Mentor the team for excellent business results.
• Determine and analyze training and development needs.
• Establish and maintain a succession plan for the management team.

• Bachelor’s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas in Business, Commerce, and Management Studies (Required).
