About the Role

• Managing relationships with institutional clients and liquidity providers, fostering strong partnerships.
• Monitoring market trends and identifying trading opportunities to optimise profitability.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies governing OTC trading.
• Collaborating with internal teams, including risk management, compliance, and technology, to ensure seamless operations.
• Analysing trading performance and providing regular reports to senior management.
• Staying abreast of new developments in the cryptocurrency space, including regulatory changes and technological advancements, to adapt trading strategies accordingly.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of OTC trading processes and systems.
