• **Education:** A Matric certificate is a fundamental requirement. A tertiary qualification in assessing or investigations would be advantageous.
• **Licences:** A valid driver's licence and a valid passport are non-negotiable due to the national travel component of the role.
• **Experience:**
• Mandatory investigative experience, with a strong preference for prior experience in insurance claims investigations.
• An assessing or investigative background within the insurance sector, coupled with face-to-face client interaction, will be beneficial.
