Job Description

Experienced SHEQ Manager with strong experience in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and quality assurance to join their team in Ottery, Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving ISO-aligned quality, safety, and environmental standards across manufacturing operations, with a stronger emphasis on EHS while overseeing packaging quality processes.

Experienced SHEQ Manager with strong experience in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and quality assurance to join their team in Ottery, Cape Town.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving ISO-aligned quality, safety, and environmental standards across manufacturing operations, with a stronger emphasis on EHS while overseeing packaging quality processes.

Requirements

Degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Professional HSE certifications (e.g., SAMTRAC or NEBOSH)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong experience in EHS (essential)
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and implementation thereof
Experience in SOP development and process improvement
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives
