Coach and guide multiple Agile teams within a complex, scaled environment Operate in a Release Train Engineer (RTE)-type capacity, coordinating across teams and stakeholders Drive Agile transformation and continuous improvement initiatives Facilitate Agile ceremonies at programme and enterprise level Improve flow efficiency and delivery throughput using Lean principles Engage and influence senior business and technical stakeholders Bridge the gap between engineering teams and business leadership Embed systems thinking and scalable Agile practices (SAFe)

Relevant technical degree or qualification SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Practice Consultant preferred) Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Project Management certification (PMI or equivalent) Agile-related certifications
