Investment Banker:DCM

Opportunity to join the Debt Capital Markets team as an Investment Banker responsible for origination, structuring, and execution of offshore Eurobond transactions for corporates, banks and public institutions based in Africa. This role is suited to an individual with 7 plus years in Investment Banking (DCM, Advisory or Leveraged Finance) with specific Africa emerging markets experience.

• Support and participate in the origination and execution of international hard currency bond transactions, including credit analysis, relative value assessment, structuring, and diligence and documentation review.
• Actively market capabilities at existing and potential Eurobond issuers, running client meetings with key decision makers including C-suite individuals, treasury and funding teams, government officials and other senior stakeholders.
• Preparation of pitch materials and company analysis.

• Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
• 7 plus years in Investment Banking (DCM, Advisory or Leveraged Finance)
• Specific Africa emerging markets experience.
