Senior Delivery Lead (Contract)

2 days / week in person working: Accountable for project planning and alignment, data based forecasting, reporting, and identifying and resolving project risks, impediments or blockers Responsible for end-to-end delivery quality, managing the flow of work within one or two delivery teams, the impact of dependencies, and progress towards key milestones with your client counterparts Enable continuous improvement and high quality outcomes through the application of Lean/Agile methodologies, as well as analysing and improving the team system by acting on metrics Support programme delivery leadership on complex digital transformation projects within our larger accounts

Delivered multiple digital products end-to-end using Lean/Agile (including Kanban), leading multidisciplinary teams and maintaining high-quality delivery across complex environments and existing projects. Adapted delivery frameworks pragmatically, managed budgets and tight timelines, used data to forecast and communicate progress, and proactively identified and mitigated risks. Strong organisational, communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging, resolve conflicts, and motivate teams while continuously learning and improving.
