Senior Change Manager

As a Senior Change Manager, you will lead and manage change initiatives across the organization, ensuring that projects are executed effectively, and that stakeholders are communicated with throughout the process.

• Develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee engagement and minimize resistance.
• Communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders.
• Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide training and support to employees during the transition period.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in change management or related roles.
• Proven track record of successful project management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with change management methodologies and tools.
