Job Description
Deliver day-to-day knowledge work, in order to execute predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, dealing effectively with requests and answering queries.
- Process enquiries in accordance with legislation, procedures, and service level agreements.
- Continue personal growth and development as per FAIS competency requirements.
- Always act in accordance with the General Code of Conduct as highlighted by relevant financial legislation.
Requirements
- Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required).
