Scrum Master

We’re looking for a dynamic, proactive Scrum Master who loves solving problems, enabling teams, and driving real delivery — not just running ceremonies. Lead and coach agile teams — championing Scrum values and best practices Run the core ceremonies and keep delivery moving Spot blockers early and remove impediments before they slow the team Partner closely with Product Managers across Cape Town, Vilnius, London, and Bangalore Keep teams aligned to roadmaps and delivery goals Help run planning and release sessions Drive continuous improvement and support our agile‑maturity journey This is a hands‑on role with real ownership and visibility.

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, ACP or similar) 3+ years as a Scrum Master in tech or product teams Experience supporting multiple teams and a shared backlog Strong communicator, facilitator, and problem‑solver Comfort working across time zones and distributed teams Solid understanding of software development and delivery workflows A proactive, action‑oriented mindset Nice to have: Azure DevOps experience, familiarity with Kanban, global delivery experience.
