Software Delivery Manager at Reverside

We are currently seeking a **Software Delivery Manager** with strong experience in banking, payments, and DebiCheck to lead the successful delivery of complex, high-impact technical solutions.

This role requires a combination of technical expertise, delivery leadership, and stakeholder management, ensuring that engineering teams deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern software engineering practices, cloud technologies, and event-driven architectures, as well as the ability to lead and mentor technical teams within a fast-paced financial services environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Lead end-to-end **software delivery lifecycle** (planning, execution, monitoring, and release).
• Manage and coordinate **cross-functional technical teams** (developers, QA, DevOps, architects).
• Drive delivery of **payments and Debi Check-related solutions** within banking environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate **business requirements into technical solutions.**
• Ensure delivery aligns with **architecture standards, security requirements, and regulatory compliance.**
• Oversee **Agile delivery processes**, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Manage **risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.**
• Provide **technical guidance and decision-making support** to engineering teams.
• Ensure high-quality outputs through **code reviews, testing strategies, and CI/CD practices.**
• Monitor system performance and drive **continuous improvement initiatives.**
• Report on delivery progress, risks, and metrics to senior stakeholders.

**Required Experience**

• **5–8+ years' experience** in software delivery, engineering management, or technical project management.
• Proven experience in **banking or financial services**, with a strong focus on:
• **Payment's systems.**
• **Debi Check (non-negotiable).**
• Experience managing **technical/engineering teams.**
• Strong understanding of **distributed systems and scalable architectures.**
• Experience delivering solutions in **cloud environments (AWS preferred).**

**Technical Skills (Essential)**
