Specialist - Culture, Communication & Change

About the Role

This position is central to the successful implementation of change management, employee engagement, and communication strategies. The Specialist will be instrumental in executing various activities designed to embed a positive and effective culture within Group Compliance. This involves working closely with teams to ensure that strategic objectives are understood and actively supported through targeted interventions.

The core responsibilities of the Specialist will revolve around the coordination and execution of several key areas:

• **Change Management:** Developing and implementing change management plans and interventions that support organisational shifts and improvements within Group Compliance.
• **Communication Strategy:** Crafting and disseminating clear, concise, and engaging communications to various stakeholders, ensuring messages about culture and change are effectively conveyed.
• **Employee Engagement:** Designing and facilitating initiatives aimed at boosting employee morale, fostering a sense of belonging, and promoting active participation in the company’s vision and values.
• **Content Creation:** Developing diverse forms of content, including presentations, written materials, and digital media, to communicate ideas and information effectively.
• **Event Planning and Coordination:** Organising and managing events that support culture, change, and communication efforts.
• **Culture Alignment:** Ensuring all activities are in sync with the overarching culture strategy of Group Compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background, ideally a first degree in Business Commerce, Social Sciences, or a related field. Substantial practical experience is essential, with a minimum of 3-5 years specifically in the execution of culture, communications, and change management solutions, preferably within a compliance or risk management context.

• **Content Creation Expertise:** The ability to generate compelling content across various media formats, including audio, text, images, and digital platforms.

• **Strong Coordination Skills:** The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution.

• **Digital Proficiency:** Familiarity with digital media applications and internal communication channels.
