The Liberty Group is seeking a dedicated Specialist to drive culture, communication, and change management initiatives within its Group Compliance division. About the Role
This position is central to the successful implementation of change management, employee engagement, and communication strategies. Key Responsibilities
The core responsibilities of the Specialist will revolve around the coordination and execution of several key areas:

- **Communication Strategy:** Crafting and disseminating clear, concise, and engaging communications to various stakeholders, ensuring messages about culture and change are effectively conveyed.
- **Employee Engagement:** Designing and facilitating initiatives aimed at boosting employee morale, fostering a sense of belonging, and promoting active participation in the company’s vision and values.
- **Content Creation:** Developing diverse forms of content, including presentations, written materials, and digital media, to communicate ideas and information effectively.
- **Event Planning and Coordination:** Organising and managing events that support culture, change, and communication efforts.
- **Culture Alignment:** Ensuring all activities are in sync with the overarching culture strategy of Group Compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background, ideally a first degree in Business Commerce, Social Sciences, or a related field. Substantial practical experience is essential, with a minimum of 3-5 years specifically in the execution of culture, communications, and change management solutions, preferably within a compliance or risk management context.
