The Mr D Product Manager – Fulfilment will be instrumental in shaping the future of how orders are processed and delivered. Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will span the entire product lifecycle, with a specific focus on the critical area of order fulfilment. This includes:
- **Feature Development and Execution:** Managing the end-to-end rollout of new fulfilment features across the Mr D platform, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
- **Product Documentation:** Crafting comprehensive product specification documents that clearly articulate requirements for engineering and design teams.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Working closely with product, UX, engineering, quality assurance, and various business units to drive the successful implementation of product specifications.
- **Problem Solving and Prioritisation:** Engaging with subject matter experts to analyse trade-offs, resolve priority conflicts, and make informed decisions.
- **Quality Assurance and UAT:** Clarifying product requirements, defining acceptance criteria for QA, and conducting pre-launch user acceptance testing to guarantee product quality.
- **Technical Input:** Contributing to technical design discussions for relevant projects, leveraging your technical acumen.
- **Performance Monitoring and Analysis:** Defining, tracking, and reporting on key order fulfilment success metrics. Analysing both quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities for optimisation and efficiency gains.
- **Strategy and Roadmap Contribution:** Playing an active role in shaping the order fulfilment product strategy and roadmap, suggesting innovative solutions to customer challenges, and validating these through close collaboration with UX designers.
- **Stakeholder Management:** Effectively managing relationships and communications with all relevant stakeholders.

- A minimum of three years of experience in a dedicated Product Manager role, or a minimum of five years in a related software development field.

- Strong technical aptitude, particularly concerning system integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to write detailed product specifications, utilising both traditional methodologies and potentially AI-assisted tools.
- Proven experience in analysing data and using insights to drive product decisions.
- Familiarity with wireframing or contributing to design solutions.
