Job Description

Provide specialist advice and support in the development of tactical strategy and plans. AND/OR provide specialist advice and support in terms of practice formulation and associated best practice improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain primary ownership of a portfolio of Growth Account clients, differentiated by the level of complexity of the client base.
  • Actively develop strong client relationships and conduct regular client visits in accordance with the Commercial Growth Account Value Proposition.
  • Initiate changes to ABB Product by providing input into product development to better service clients.
  • Adhere to the bank's policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
  • Manage the portfolio's risk by ensuring a good understanding of both the Bank's and the clients' regulatory and compliance environments.
  • Constantly seek to improve ways of working by challenging the status quo.
  • Support an empowering climate within the team, sharing knowledge and providing constructive feedback.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate Degrees and Professional Qualifications in Business, Commerce and Management Studies.
