• Partner with business units to gather requirements and ensure optimal functionality of solutions.
• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code for complex systems.
• Develop high-level architecture and design documents.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies that can be applied to projects.
• Lead technical discussions and provide mentorship to junior staff.
• Ensure solutions meet business goals and are scalable for future growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or software development.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture patterns and methodologies.
• Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
