Senior Product Manager in Cape Town

This would be a hybrid role, working in our Cape Town office 3 days per week. Hours for the position would be 14:00- 23:00 SA time. Must be able to travel up to 5% to Consilio offices, client meetings, events, or trade association events around the world Own and drive product strategy, roadmap, and customer value proposition Translate customer and stakeholder inputs into clear, prioritized requirements and backlog Lead end-to-end product delivery as Product Owner, ensuring alignment across design, engineering, and business teams Define business cases, success metrics, and support product launch readiness

Qualifications Must have 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years of progressive experience as a product manager Must have a strong technical background – Python, React, Github, and agentic frameworks preferred Experience with SaaS, generative AI, Machine Learning, information governance, or electronic discovery (eDiscovery) spaces Must have experience in an agile software development environment in a Product Owner role with working knowledge of agile/scrum processes Must be able to prove depth of knowledge in software development lifecycle Must be able to demonstrate effectiveness at writing business requirements Must have outstanding references Preference working in global operations and selling organizations
