Banker - Enterprise (Islamic)

Provide a superior, seamless customer experience by offering suitable conventional and Islamic banking solutions to meet client needs. Utilise technology and leverage the virtual omni-channel environment to deliver service in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Perform banking duties and oversee the financial activities for business and individual customers, ensuring alignment with both conventional banking and Shariah-compliant principles where applicable.

• Ensure a deep understanding of the client’s working capital cycle and business needs to provide appropriate conventional and Islamic financing solutions.
• Drive achievement of targets as per the individual scorecard.
• Proactively drive acquisition and cross-sell initiatives through re-engagement processes, including Islamic banking offerings where relevant.
• Ensure service and complaint resolution are within acceptable service level agreements.
• Fulfil all activities in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, quality standards, and Islamic banking governance and Shariah compliance frameworks, where applicable.
• Constantly seek to improve ways of working by challenging the status quo and supporting an empowering climate within the team.
• Share knowledge, experience, and best practices, including Islamic banking principles and solutions, and provide constructive feedback as required.
