Senior Manager: Governance & Reporting

To develop tactical governance and secretarial strategy and delivery plans, formulate associated practice and to ensure operational implementation and adaption across a single practice methodology, governance and delivery objectives.

• Assist with developing a strategy for the Unsecured Lending Governance and Control Management function.
• Set up a monitoring framework that is mindful of Risk, Issue and Actions.
• Implement and embed Operational Risk Frameworks in alignment with Enterprise Risk Management Framework principles.
• Maintain and develop awareness of risk management issues and changes.
• Develop and execute administrative engagements with Exco, Governance and Control activities.
• Track strategic actions across senior stakeholders.
• Regular reporting on Control Environment, Management Control Approach.

• Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required).
