Senior Solutions Architect

MongoDB is seeking a seasoned Senior Solutions Architect to join its global pre-sales division. Your daily contributions will focus on technical advocacy, architectural design, and collaborative sales support. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the design and architectural planning of complex software systems and infrastructure projects that utilise the MongoDB ecosystem.
• Consulting with clients on best practices for data modelling, system availability, and performance optimisation.
• Partnering with the broader sales organisation to identify high-value opportunities and assist in the strategic planning of major accounts.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to build long-term relationships that foster client success and drive repeat platform adoption.
• Staying ahead of market trends to suggest innovative improvements to existing customer solutions.
• Actively participating in ongoing professional development to remain an expert on the shifting landscape of cloud-native data platforms.

• A proven track record of designing highly available, scalable, distributed systems.

• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of formal education and extensive industry experience.
• Full professional proficiency in both English and German.
