• **Benefits and Compliance Administration:** Administering employee benefits programmes, ensuring accuracy and timely communication. You will also play a role in maintaining compliance with relevant labour laws and company policies.
• **Employee Relations:** Providing essential support to managers in addressing employee relations matters, offering guidance and solutions to foster a harmonious workplace.
• **Record Keeping and Metrics:** Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on key HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
